Jeanine Jacobs, Veterinary Assistant
Jeanine is a native San Diegan with an innate passion for animals. As an only child, she grew up with a menagerie of family pets. She attended University of San Diego and then moved to Sacramento where she graduated in 2004 with a BS in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. For over 15 years, she has been a loyal and dedicated employee at Mission Gorge Animal Hospital. She also recently began working with Dr. Choi at Nordahl Pet Clinic in San Marcos, CA. In June 2011, Jeanine completed an RN program at United States University located in Chula Vista, CA. She is still very much dedicated to her love for animals and the veterinary field. She has a spunky 13 year-old Bichon Frisé/Maltese mix named “Holly”, a 12 year-old cat named “Audrey” whom she hand-raised from birth, and two male Beta fish. Her hobbies include oil & acrylic canvas painting, scrapbooking, gardening, reading, and spending time with friends and family (including her pets!). She feels very privileged and is excited to be working under Dr. Choi, and also looks forward to forming new client/patient relationships at Nordahl Pet Clinic.
Allison L. Flores, Veterinary Assistant
Allison lives in Fallbrook with her husband and three kids. She worked at Alvarado Veterinary in Fallbrook in High school/early college. She graduated from CSUSM with a Bachelor's degree in liberal studies. She is familiar with ASL and has taken both high school and college classes (American Sign Language). She absolutely loves hard rock music. she leases a paint horse currently because horses are her passion as well. She is involved in the Whosoevers organization.
Talia Padilla, Veterinary Assistant
Stefani was born and raised in San Diego and has always loved animals. Growing up she has had all types of animals from bunnies, guinea pigs, and hamsters to dogs and cats. She has worked in the pet industry for over 7 years. Stefani and her husband have two dogs, Lola and Toby, a cat named Sheldon, and two pet chickens. She is new to the veterinary field but looks forward to learning from Dr. Choi and the rest of the staff at Nordahl Pet Clinic.
